The quality control process continues during harvesting and threshing. Thorough equipment cleaning is a must to ensure quality and avoid adulteration of organically grown produce with conventional produce. Threshing is done carefully using manual labour. During storage, the key consideration is cleanliness and avoiding mixing organic and inorganic produce. Mixing with traditional produce can cause rejection of the crop. Tatva Himalaya has capable warehouses for the storage of organic crops under organic certification.
Every ingredient is processed in-house, with extreme care & proficiency. Apart from lab testing each ingredient for its purity, our team makes sure proper FSSAI guidelines are followed to deliver quality products.
Tatva Himalaya successfully runs its own state-of-the-art processing house in Dehradun, Haridwar Uttarakhand dedicated to 100% organic & natural processing. We process, treats, and fumigate organic & natural produce in a manner that increases product shelf-life and eliminates any chance of an infestation in the produce for over two years, through natural and organic processes.
We have specially assigned experts to supervise the entire processing right from seed collection, processing, and packaging to final shipment. We strictly manage the product quality from the appearance of moisture and colours to the control of allergen materials. We have quality control experts to keep the storage conditions regularly checked and record any quality-related issues, which are addressed and treated with the highest priority.
